Data

This next section deals with data. Whilst data has been recognised as a vital component of machine learning it hasn’t always been given the same attention as other parts of the pipeline. Recently a greater emphasis has been given to data.

We only scratch the surface of some of the issues related to data. We focus in particular on:

• annotating our data
• using data for evaluation
